Brown Sugar Oat Milk Latte (No Espresso Needed)

This is the fall drink everyone’s been talking about. It's sweet, nutty, and ridiculously simple to make.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup strong brewed Drip Ethos coffee (Clarity or Theory Light)
  • ¾ cup oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice (for iced version)

Instructions

  1. Brew your coffee stronger than usual (2 tbsp per 6 oz water).
  2. Heat brown sugar, oat milk, and vanilla in a small pot until warm and slightly frothy.
  3. Pour the coffee into a mug or glass.
  4. Add the milk mixture and stir gently.
  5. For an iced version, pour everything over ice and serve immediately.

Pro Tips

  • Add a pinch of cinnamon for extra fall flavor.
  • Use Theory Light for a bright, sweet base; Clarity for a smooth balance.
