Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe (Easy, Cozy, and Better at Home)

A pumpkin spice latte doesn’t have to come from a café. This easy recipe brings all the warm fall flavors home using brewed Drip Ethos Coffee.

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup strong brewed Drip Ethos coffee (Clarity or Ground State)
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon + nutmeg blend)
  • Whipped cream and a dash of cinnamon for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of Drip Ethos coffee.
  2. In a small saucepan, whisk milk, pumpkin puree, sweetener, and spices over medium heat until hot and frothy.
  3. Pour the brewed coffee into a mug, then top with the pumpkin milk mixture.
  4. Stir gently, add whipped cream, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.

  • For extra strength, brew 2 tablespoons of coffee per 6 ounces of water.
