What type of coffee is Drip Ethos coffee?
Drip Ethos Coffee uses a unique blend of coffees from around the world, specifically roasted to maximize the flavor. A blend is a combination of two or more different types of coffee beans, which allows roasters to create a unique flavor profile that cannot be achieved by using a single origin coffee.
What is the best way to brew Drip Ethos coffee?
It depends on personal taste and the specific characteristics of the coffee being brewed. Methods such as pour-over, French press, and espresso can all be used to bring out the unique flavors of Drip Ethos.
What is the difference between light and dark roast coffee?
Light roast coffee is roasted for a shorter time and at a lower temperature than dark roast coffee, resulting in a coffee that has a lighter body, with more nuanced flavors. Dark roast coffee is roasted for a longer time and at a higher temperature, resulting in a coffee with a stronger, more intense flavor and a darker color.
What is the best way to store Drip Ethos coffee beans?
Coffee beans should be stored in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid storing coffee in the refrigerator or freezer, as this can cause moisture to condense on the beans and affect their flavor.
How long do Drip Ethos coffee beans stay fresh?
Coffee beans are best consumed within 2-4 weeks of opening, as the flavor and aroma can begin to degrade over time once the package is opened. It’s best to buy coffee in small quantities and to only grind the amount needed for each brewing session to ensure maximum freshness.
What is the best way to grind Drip Ethos coffee beans?
It depends on the brewing method. For example, a fine grind is best for espresso, while a coarser grind is better for French press. We recommend using a high-quality burr grinder to ensure consistent particle size.
What is the best temperature for brewing coffee?
Between 195 and 205 degrees Fahrenheit.
What is the difference between washed and natural coffee?
Washed coffee is processed using water to remove the outer layer of the coffee cherry, resulting in a cleaner and brighter taste. Natural coffee is dried with the fruit intact, making it sweeter and fruitier. All of our blends are washed. Ground State is Natural + Semi-Washed.
Do you have sample size bags or assortment boxes of pods? I want to try them all before purchasing.
We do not currently have this in our assortment, but it is on our product roadmap for the future.
Do you offer low acid coffee?
Our Ground State Blend is specifically low acid. Typically darker roasts have lower acid levels than lighter roasts. We recommend the Ground State which is our darkest roast in the assortment.
Shipping
How long does it take to get my order?
We normally ship within 24-48 hours from the time your order was placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Once shipped, it can take 4-5 to deliver your order.
What is the process after my order is placed?
If ordered Monday through Friday (except holidays) before 2pm, your order is usually processed the same day. If ordered on the weekend, orders are processed on the next available workday. Coffee is roasted and shipped per your shipping selection.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently only ship within the USA.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?

How do I make a return?
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will provide you with special instructions for coffee purchases and returns.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I exchange a product?
